We are currently working on a 3-month interim opportunity with a leading organisation in the media and content space.

The role
- Lead on a wide range of commercial legal matters, including advertising sales agreements, sponsorships, channel carriage deals, and content or app distribution across digital platforms
- Provide strategic legal advice and support to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Collaborate with legal and commercial teams across different markets on high-value and complex deals
Ideal candidates
- UK-qualified lawyer with over six years post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial contracts background, ideally in media, advertising, or content distribution
- Skilled in negotiation, drafting and advising senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience working across markets or large organisations is a plus
