LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a large emergency services function located in Central London. They are seeking a Legal Executive to join their in-house legal services team, and handle a caseload of family law matters, including managing the disclosure of information in public law and private law family proceedings. This role is being offered on a temporary basis, starting with an initial 3-month contract. Previous UK experience with Family Court proceedings is essential.
To apply you will be:
- Qualified as a CILEX Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow)
- Able to work collaboratively with various colleagues and stakeholders in a publicly accountable environment
- Able to provide clear and effective advice in relation to Family Court proceedings
- Available on no more than a 4-week notice period
- Able to attend the office in Central London on a hybrid basis – flexible working can be discussed at interview
The salary for this role is £42.69 per hour.
