A leading UK health care Charity is seeking a Legal Compliance Counsel to oversee legal compliance and regulatory requirements as well as relevant internal policies. You will be responsible for the Charity's legal compliance framework and related policies and procedures, engaging in an active ESG strategy, and providing support to the Head of Legal on complying with the Charities Commission. Furthermore, you will oversee litigation management across the charity.
To be considered for the role, you should have extensive post-qualified experience in a similar role, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. You will have strong legal experience in corporate governance and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
On offer is a competitive salary between £65,000-£75,000, dependent on experience. This role offers hybrid working; candidates should expect to commute to the office two days a week (Stratford).
