Real Estate Development Solicitor – 5+ PQE | Farnborough | Top 500 Firm
I’m delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Top 500 law firm who are looking to expand their award-winning Real Estate team with an experienced Development Solicitor (5+ years PQE), based in their Farnborough office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 Tier 2 ranked department, known for its collaborative culture, client excellence, and ambitious growth.
The Role
You’ll be joining a leading Development team advising on a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects.
Your work will include:
- Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
- Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
- Planning and Section 106 agreements
- Infrastructure and utility arrangements
- Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
You’ll work closely with experienced Partners, supporting developer clients throughout the full project lifecycle — from initial land acquisition through to completion.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in Real Estate / Development
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercial approach
- Confident in managing complex transactions and building client relationships
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Ambitious and keen to grow within a forward-thinking firm
