Job Description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Data Privacy practice in London. The team sits within TMT and plays a key role in the wider business, given the critical importance of data across all sectors and the need to implement and document appropriate measures when personal data is involved. In addition, the team advises on novel areas of law, such as online child safety regulations and the evolving legal framework governing artificial intelligence. They also work closely with the contentious data privacy team, defending clients in regulatory data protection investigations and providing substantive expertise in litigation matters.

Experience required:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • \\n\\t

  • Be at least 4 years PQE in a Data Protection practice gained at a leading firm.
  • \\n\\t

  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
  • \\n\\t

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • \\n\\t

  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
  • \\n\\t

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
