CRM Manager InterAction CRM Newly created role Hybrid working A city law firm is looking for their first CRM Manager to head up the InterAction system. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be instrumental in improving the engagement of InterAction across the firm. This is an exciting newly created opportunity that will allow you to carve out your own role and make a real impact across the firm. Role highlights Maintain and continually develop the InterAction infrastructure Identify, develop and promote appropriate reports covering Provide training and support on the use of InterAction across the firm Maintain CRM data integrity and quality control Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may arise Ensure InterAction maintains best practices in data governance and GDPR About you Solid experience in managing and developing CRM (InterAction) systems in a law Ideally, some experience of project-managing the rollout of CRM Effective coach and trainer at all levels of seniority Strong presentation skills Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
