An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded Corporate team. The team has extensive experience advising clients from a range of industries — including technology, life sciences, and industrials — on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, as well as private equity and venture capital deals. They also have experience advising on private company M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance and compliance issues.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales
- At least 5 years of PQE in a recognised corporate practice
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
