We are working with a small to mid-sized City law firm with a highly ranked M&A practice. The team is recognised for its expertise in private M&A and VC work and frequently works across from the elite global practices. They have a highly collaborative and dynamic culture and are on a very successful growth trajectory with a soundtrack record of year-on-year revenue growth.
They offer excellent and varied corporate transactional work and act for institutional private equity investors, SMEs, corporates and Tech start-ups. The partners are hugely supportive and teamwork at the firm is truly exceptional.
They have an opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate or Senior Associate who is likely to have upwards of 4 years’ PQE in good quality M&A and / or VC transactions. The firm will happily consider applicants from boutique firms seeking a step up or from a big-ticket law firm who seek a change of culture, scope for progression and a dynamic and nimble practice.
