An exciting opportunity has arisen for a litigation and regulatory lawyer with a background in financial services to join an ever-growing Bank, on a permanent basis. Hybrid, 3 days in the London Office.
The role:
- Managing contentious regulatory matters across the bank
- Handling insurance claims, consumer claims and indemnity claims
- Inbound and outbound litigation
- Professional negligence
- Working closely with senior stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE England & Wales or Commonwealth (if Commonwealth, must have at least 2 years’ experience working as a lawyer in the UK)
- In-house experience essential (secondments included)
- Background in litigious regulatory matters and insurance claims
