The team advises on high-value and high-profile developments for a wide range of clients, including HQ relocations, major development and infrastructure projects, and regeneration schemes.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Experience advising on, drafting, and negotiating amendments to standard form building contracts such as JCT and NEC, including associated collateral warranties/third-party rights, performance bonds, and parent company guarantees.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Experience advising on disputes, including contract termination, insolvency, payment disputes, extensions of time, and defects claims.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
