Commercial TMT and Outsourcing Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked Commercial TMT team. The team regularly advises on regulatory compliance, technology outsourcing, financing, M&A, and litigation, including defence-side engagements for tech multinationals in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Experience required:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Qualified in England and Wales

\\n\\t

• 2-6 years of PQE or equivalent relevant expertise in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing

\\n\\t

• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.

\\n\\t

• Excellent communication skills.

\\n\\t

• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree

\\n\\t

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

\\n\\t

• A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
