We are working with a conveyancing specialist firm who are currently seeking a commercial property fee earner for a permanent role based in Twickenham.
About the firm:
The firm deals with a diverse range of individuals and organisations from traders to large companies and financial lenders, both locally and nationally as well as overseas. They have an established and loyal client base and take pride in the excellent level of service provided to all new and existing clients of the firm. Their Twickenham office consists of around 25 people (open plan). However, the commercial property team would be yourself and one other assistant.
About the role:
They are looking for an individual who is happy to work independently. You will be taking on a number of already existing cases; therefore, they would require someone who can come in and hit the ground running. The candidate will need at least 1 year managing a full caseload of commercial property work.
Details:
- Office based (5 days a week in office)
- Start date flexible and can accommodate notice periods
- Salary is DOE with a monthly bonus of 20% of billing over £15k, paid in arrears, monthly
