LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 100 Central London firm whose award-winning real estate team are looking for a commercial real estate lawyer with residential property experience who has experience of working on retail real estate work.
Experience of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, leases and lease renewals as well as dealing with all matters of residential property work would be ideal. You will support two highly regarded partners and assist them with a variety of transactional real estate work. This is a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and gain further experience in this area.
The position is offered on an initial contract of 6 months.
