Our client is looking for a Duty Manager with hotel experience, for their 4* luxury hotel, rosette restaurant and wedding venue which is part of a group of hotels. The property is high profile and prestigious, serving quality cuisine to guests and delegates.
Purpose of the role:
- Managing and training staff
- Managing guest expectations and queries
- Effective problem resolution
- Overseeing the restaurant and managing events as necessary
- Ensure the smooth running of the business during duty management shift
- Reporting to the operations manager
Shifts: Weekly rota basis, 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

- The hotel is offering the successful Duty Manager a salary of up to £25,000
- Salaried 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends and evenings as required
