We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for our client who operates in the premium fast-casual dining market. The Supervisor will have a passion for hospitality, with the skills to develop and motivate outstanding teams in a fun and supportive environment. The Supervisor's focus will be overseeing the dining experience, delivery of high standards of service, training staff to the correct level and managing the team. The successful candidate will be one of the faces of the business and will like nothing more than being out and about talking to customers.
