Our client is looking for Pastry Chefs of all levels to work in their contemporary and busy restaurant in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded group where promotions from within are the norm. The menus are ever changing, and the restaurant focuses on Italian cuisine using in season ingredients.
The successful candidates must have experience as a Pastry Chef level within a quality fresh led environment as a minimum.
Desired Experience and Knowledge- Pastry chef experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment serving at least 100 covers per service
- Knowledge of classical techniques and dishes
- Able to lead and develop teams
- Ability to work in a highly intense environment
- The Pastry Chefs will receive a salary up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
