Our client is currently looking for a chef de partie to strengthen their team within their rosette quality Independent Italian restaurant located in Central London. The restaurant is part of a small group which has other restaurants which focus on other types of cuisine.
The successful Chef de Partie will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist with and ensure the successful execution of the day to day needs of the kitchen. The key tasks of the Chef de Parties will be to ensure food quality from their section, monitoring orders and stock levels and helping the team with food preparation to ensure all mis‑en‑place is completed on time.
Desired Experience and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a high‑end Italian restaurant (desirable)
- Knowledge of preparing and cooking fresh ingredients is a must
- Ability to work 5 days out of 7
- Ability to work in a highly intense environment
