Children’s Residential Support Worker

We're looking for Children's Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
- Building positive relationships and acting as a positive role model
- Supporting young people with daily routines, education, and activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Managing challenging behaviours with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Working as part of a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for every child
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months' UK experience working in Children's Residential Care
- Experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- A caring, resilient, and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins (where required)
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check required (Portable DBS certificates are accepted)
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
