We’re looking for committed and compassionate Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and challenging behaviours in a residential setting.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment while supporting young people to develop life skills, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.
Your Role Will Include
- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
- Managing and responding to challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Supporting education, activities, and daily routines
- Promoting independence, confidence, and well-being
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with children and young people in the UK
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
An Enhanced DBS check is required (we can process this for you). We also accept a DBS registered on the Update Service.
