Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and young people? We’re looking for committed and compassionate Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and challenging behaviours in a residential setting.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment while supporting young people to develop life skills, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.
Your Role Will Include
- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
- Managing and responding to challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Supporting education, activities, and daily routines
- Promoting independence, confidence, and well-being
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with children and young people in the UK
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
An Enhanced DBS check is required (we can process this for you). We also accept a DBS registered on the Update Service.
