Nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair, our luxury hotel boasts 199 stunning guest rooms, including 29 suites, the renowned LAVO Italian restaurant, two unique bars, an exclusive nightlife event space, a private screening room, and a wellness centre. We are now seeking an organised and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to join our Back of House team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery and storage of stock for all hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive all deliveries to the hotel, checking quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders.
- Record and process all incoming goods accurately, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Liaise with the Head Goods Receiver regarding discrepancies, damages, or short deliveries.
- Ensure safe handling, correct labelling, and appropriate storage of all goods, including chilled, frozen, and dry products.
- Maintain stock rotation (FIFO) to minimise waste and ensure product freshness.
