Sous Chef will help lead a talented kitchen team, creating memorable dining experiences across brunch, à la carte service, private dining and bespoke events.
Your Role
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen.
- Deliver beautifully executed Italian dishes with authenticity, consistency and flair.
- Help shape seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
- Coach, develop and inspire junior chefs.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
- Manage stock, ordering and food cost controls to minimise waste.
- Collaborate with the restaurant and events teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
About You
Sous Chef experience or an accomplished Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
- Background in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or high-quality Italian kitchen.
- A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients.
