The BoTree is looking for a talented Night Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our luxury hotel in Marylebone. You’ll support the smooth running of the night kitchen operation, delivering high-quality dishes for room service, late-night dining, events and guest requests.

Salary: £33280 + Service Charge

Our Night Chef de Partie will:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to The BoTree’s high standards.
  • Support room service, late-night dining, events and overnight guest requests.
  • Follow recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, HACCP and allergen compliance.
  • Manage stock, minimise waste and follow correct storage procedures.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised.
  • Work with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and pride in presentation.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergens.
  • Confident working independently during night shifts.
  • Reliable, organised and committed to high standards.
  • Positive team player with a passion for hospitality.
