We are seeking a Restaurant Host to join our talented LAVO London team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver a warm welcome, manage table allocations, and ensure the smooth flow of service within the restaurant and bar. You will anticipate guest needs, maintain a visible presence in the reception area, and help create memorable experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Host or similar in a high-volume restaurant
- Passion for exceptional guest service with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SevenRooms or OpenTable is desirable
