We are now seeking a motivated and reliable Barback to join our talented team at LAVO Bar, supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. As a Barback, you will play a key role in supporting the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Support bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and well-organised at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Deliver excellent guest service through a proactive and positive approach
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including evenings and weekends.
