The role sits within the Trade & Merch team and works closely with the Marketing & Creative Team to ensure the trade calendar and marketing calendar are fully aligned - so that site experience, stock, and campaign activity move in lockstep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day trading of our ecommerce sites, ensuring the customer journey is commercially optimised and always on brand

  • Manage site merchandising across homepage, categories, navigation, search and new-in, with a focus on driving conversion and AOV

  • Monitor trading performance and use data to identify opportunities, risks and actions across products, categories, promotions and campaigns

  • Support pricing, promotional and markdown activity, working closely with the Lead

  • Coordinate the trading calendar with Marketing & Creative, ensuring product launches, campaigns, promotions and stock availability are fully aligned

  • Produce and maintain weekly and monthly trading reports, turning data into clear commercial insight and recommendations

  • Work closely with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Production and Import to ensure products and campaigns launch accurately and on time

  • Own day-to-day ecommerce optimisation, including site apps, promotional mechanics and onsite SEO

  • Take ownership of ecommerce performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, sell-through and returns, and turning insight into clear commercial action

  • Support in-season stock reviews, using trading performance to identify best- and worst-sellers and make recommendations for re-order, markdown or repromotion

Who You Are

Essential:

  • Experience trading a Shopify ecommerce site within fashion or a comparable fast-moving retail category ideally on Shopify Markets and Shopify Stores

  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen; confident working with trading data and translating it into action

  • Excellent Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining trading reports

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a live trading calendar

  • Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and Production teams

Desirable:

  • Experience working with on site merchandising and SEO strategy

  • Prior exposure to markdown or promotional planning within a trading or merchandising function.

What's on offer?
