The Role
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover new growth opportunities and enhance our digital experience, with a strong focus on optimising the customer journey.
- Collaborate with marketing and graphics teams to manage key trading activities, ensuring all critical trading moments are strategically planned and flawlessly executed with a consistent campaign approach across all channels, including site & app.
- Proactively raise and address RRR requests, maintaining clear visibility and effective communication.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to proactively drive forward planning for stock management and product launches.
- Working with the IT team to ensure appropriate user interface and experience optimisations are made.
- Support with new site setups.
- Site & Trading Execution
- Updating website and app banners, building landing pages and responsible for updating images / tags / prices and statuses in the PIM.
- Keeping up to date with product descriptions and translations, ensuring all products are translated and made active on delivery of goods.
- Full site checks daily / weekly to ensure all collections are appropriately VM’d and products are visible.
- Drive business objectives by delivering impactful site presentation, curated content, and seamless execution of trading and marketing strategies.
- Manage adhoc and admin tasks such as updating collections / tags & metafields using Shopify apps - BPE & Matrixify.
- Review top selling products and categories along with stock availability to ensure they are visible on the site through effective VM.
- Analyse any uplifts or declines from changes, including price and image changes.
- Support the junior team with pulling line lists for new collections and any product refreshes on site.
- Ensure all in stock products are active on a daily basis.
- Use analytical tools / BTA / GA to identify and implement on-site improvements, with a focus on monitoring and reporting performance on a weekly basis, particularly on mobile to drive improvements in CVR and the overall customer journey.
- Utilise BTA and GA to analyse KPI’s such as revenue (MoM / YoY), AOV, CVR, traffic, BR, gross profit, gross margin %, driving site improvements to maximise all KPI’s.
- Analyse competitors and influencers to identify opportunities for enhancing site functionality and expanding product features.
- Assess the broader impact of front and back-end changes, providing the team and wider business with feedback, pressure points, and opportunities for improvement.
