Vous devez être membre de la caisse depuis au moins 90 jours à la date de l’assemblée générale annuelle et être domicilié, résider ou travailler au Québec ou faire partie de l’un des groupes définis par la caisse. - 2 postes pour le groupe D : mandat de 3 ans
- 1 poste pour le groupe E : mandat de 3 ans
Profils idéalement recherchés afin d’assurer la représentativité des membres de la caisse au sein du conseil d’administration et de favoriser une complémentarité des compétences, le CA est particulièrement à la recherche de membres avec les profils suivants :
- Des personnes ayant des compétences dans l’un ou l’autre des domaines suivants : éducation et technologie (2 femmes et 1 homme pour maintenir la parité). Les personnes non binaires sont également invitées à soumettre leur candidature.
- Des membres appartenant aux groupes d’âge suivants : 1 de 18-34 ans, 1 de 50-64 ans et 1 de 65 ans et plus.
- Des personnes représentant le secteur de l’agriculture.
- Une répartition équilibrée entre des administrateurs et administratrices d’expérience et des nouvelles candidatures est souhaitable afin de favoriser une saine continuité.
