As a Head of Performance Marketing, you will take full ownership of a substantial monthly ad budget across all digital channels. Working directly with the Founder/CEO, you will have the autonomy to optimise and scale acquisition strategies for moving and storage verticals. What You Will Do
- Take complete ownership of performance marketing channels and strategy, with hands-on management of a £100,000+ monthly budget
- Develop and relentlessly optimise customer acquisition costs and lead quality metrics across moving and storage services
- Drive measurable growth by meeting and exceeding acquisition targets
- Apply sophisticated analytics to optimise the full acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion
- Identify, test and scale new acquisition opportunities through data-driven experimentation
- Execute campaigns end-to-end - from strategy through implementation to optimisation
- Deliver meaningful performance insights to leadership that drive strategic business decisions
What You Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in startups
- Proven track record scaling startups through digital acquisition (ideally from £2-5M to £15M+)
- Deep practical knowledge of UK digital acquisition channels
- Experience in high-growth startups with demonstrable impact on company growth metrics
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and comfort with complex funnel analysis and attribution modelling
- Self-sufficient work style - you thrive working independently in fast-paced environments and are comfortable building systems from scratch
- Ability to work UK hours, regardless of your location
