We are recruiting for an EYFS Specialist Teacher for a Nursery Class from April. As a Nursery Teacher, you will be taking two separate Nursery classes in the AM. This is a small, friendly staffed school, sited in a beautiful building which is well-resourced. The school ensures their pupils achieve exceptionally well in both their academic and personal development due to the quality of teaching.
About the role:
- Ability to inspire young minds at the start of their educational journey.
- Have an effective, but calm teaching style and be able to devise creative lessons that are fun and interactive to keep pupils on task.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents and carers.
- PGCE / QTS Teacher (with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in Early Years/Reception class). SENDCo experience preferable.
Hours: 8.00 am - 1.30 pm, term-time, with occasional evening events.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata depending on qualifications and experience. This is a part-time, term-time only position. Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave from 20th April 2026 until approximately mid-July 2027. Contracts then roll forward.
