Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team in Hampstead (NW3). We\βre also happy to consider Level 2 candidates; the salary for that level would be slightly lower. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children\βs learning and development in a nurturing, inclusive environment. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER SPONSORSHIP
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children\βs individual learning journeys, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments
- Contribute to a stimulating, safe, and caring environment that promotes curiosity and independence
- Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
- Previous nursery or early years experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
