Were recruiting experienced Nursery Managers across London to lead thriving settings as they expand to welcome children from 6 months upwards. These are key leadership roles with real scope to shape each nurserys future.
Youll oversee daily operations, staff development, recruitment, and financial management, while fostering nurturing, stimulating environments where children can flourish. Passion for early learning and a strong track record in nursery management are essential.
Youll lead dedicated teams, drive quality, and have the autonomy to grow each nursery into a high-performing, standalone setting. Confidence in mentoring staff and sharing best practice is vital.
Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 or above childcare qualification Recent post-qualification experience in a childcare setting Proven experience in a management role, mentoring and leading staff Strong understanding of EYFS (05 years) and Ofsted guidance Excellent practice in delivering the early years curriculum Confident in safeguarding and child protection procedures Skilled in planning high-quality learning opportunities Able to promote nursery values to staff, children and families Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across the team Effective in training and developing staff to reach their potential Excellent planning, organisation and time management Able to maintain accurate records and monitor occupancy Clear understanding of nursery operations and growth strategy Collaborative team player with a passion for child development
