This global, market leading executive search firm is looking for a Project Coordinator with one year's corporate experience to help support the team with all admin and logistics surrounding the mandates they work on. You will be based in stunning, modern open plan Mayfair offices amongst the most driven, dynamic and fun team. The role is incredibly varied and will require someone who likes to work at a fast pace in an ever-changing environment. The team are supportive and the company culture really is fabulous.
The role will involve:
- Project Support: Assist with the coordination of search assignments by scheduling meetings and interviews; Help prepare key project documents such as candidate briefing documents, search updates, and shortlists; Assist with the post-placement engagement, ensuring touch points with placed candidates are scheduled, feedback sessions on the search process are scheduled, and case studies are written and signed off.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Project Managers with scheduling business development meetings for the Partners; Assist with adhoc administrative tasks (e.g. travel, restaurant reservations, external room bookings etc); Assist with general office administration (e.g. ordering office supplies, answering the mainline, etc); Assist with any other wider LCap initiatives when required, including but not limited to, company offsites, social events, client events, etc.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the wider sector teams; Attend and take notes at internal meetings as required.
- Learning & Development: Take part in training sessions and learn about the executive search process, tools, and business operations; Proactively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and contribute to team initiatives.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willing to learn new systems (CRM, ATS).
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Great communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A desire to be in the office 3-4 days a week.
- Fluency in another language would be advantageous.
