Job Description
This exciting, fast growing global marketplace for online language classes is looking for a senior temp EA to support their CEO/Founder for the next 4-6 months +. They are hugely successful and as such the CEO is incredibly busy and requiring an exceptional senior EA to help manage his business and personal life. The role requires some support out of hours but is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, proactive EA enjoys being one steps ahead and driving things forward. The founder is very nice but direct in manner and super busy, so he needs someone who can anticipate his every need, and really help make him more efficient. Excellent communications skills are paramount as the EA will be required to help build and nurture relationships with investors and stakeholders. Conversational Spanish is desired as he has a property and office in Spain. The role will involve:

- Managing a complex, changeable diary
- Filtering and prioritising a busy inbox and responding on the founder's behalf where necessary
- Preparing international travel itineraries; accommodation, transfers, restaurants etc.
- Coordinating fundraising roadshows
- Detailed meeting preparation and research; including taking meeting notes, collating action points and doing follow upsÂ
- Arranging off-sites and business events and dinners
- Scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding; working closely with HR heads
- Facilitating communication with other members of the senior leadership team
- Organising private holidays, dinners and appointmentsÂ
- Personal administration – property maintenance, household bills, MOTs, passport/insurance renewals etcÂ
