The Company

Our client is a long-established, family-owned property investment and development company based in Knightsbridge. Their commercial team is responsible for asset managing a substantial portfolio of buildings across Central London, and they're looking for a personable Team PA to become the operational heart of a small, close-knit, high-performing group.

The Opportunity

You'll be the day-to-day anchor for the team, making sure everyone has the right information at the right time. This is a hands-on, varied role with real scope to grow. Reporting to a senior member of the investment team, your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to):

  • Managing diaries for senior members of the team
  • Providing formatting support, including for quarterly board submissions
  • Acting as custodian of the document management system — keeping folders organised and documents up to date and accessible
  • Supporting asset managers, for example during the leasing process, by providing documents to solicitors and schedules to external parties
  • Compiling and preparing data for internal and external purposes
  • Communicating portfolio changes to internal and external stakeholders
  • General PA support, including reformatting documents and drafting correspondence
  • Assisting with the annual insurance renewal process

About You

Our client isn't looking for a specific background; property experience is a bonus, not a requirement. What matters most is attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly. You might have 10+ years of relevant experience, or 4–5 years and be ready for more responsibility.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A genuine can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptable nature
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, balanced with pragmatism and pace
  • High proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Openness to new technology, including using AI tools to work more efficiently
  • Experience in real estate is desirable but not essential

You’ll thrive here if you're confident engaging with a small team without needing to be the centre of attention, and if you take pride in being reliably good at the details that keep a busy office running smoothly.

The recently refurbished offices are based in a gorgeous traditional townhouse building and they have their own private garden, gym and an onsite chef who cooks the team lunch 3 times per week. One of the best things about this role will be the team. They are a really delightful group of friendly and collaborative people and the company has an incredibly low turnover of staff.

Location: Knightsbridge, London (fully office-based, 5 days/week)

Start date: ASAP
