This global hedge fund based in the city is looking to expand their EA team due to growth of the business. The role is an EA position, supporting a team of 5-10 executives. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities across various departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. It is a varied role with great training and huge scope to grow.

The role will involve:

  • Acting as the EA for senior management
  • General calendar management and scheduling of meetings
  • Meet & greet guests
  • Event planning for senior managers
  • Managing expenses using Workday
  • Preparing materials and documents for signature
  • Coordination of travel booking
  • Any ad hoc administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
