This global hedge fund based in the city is looking to expand their EA team due to growth of the business. The role is an EA position, supporting a team of 5-10 executives. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities across various departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. It is a varied role with great training and huge scope to grow. The role will involve:
- This person will act as the EA for senior management
- General calendar management and scheduling of meetings
- Meet & greet guests
- Event planning for senior managers
- Manage expenses using Workday
- Prepare materials and documents for signature
- Coordination of travel booking
- Any ad hoc administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and time management skills
