Receptionist & Administrative Assistant / Harley Street Private Practice
Our clientis high end private medical practice in Harley Street with clinics across the City and West End.
They are a small, friendly and brilliant team and their client based is HWNIs and corporate clients withhigh standards.
They are now looking for a new team member to join them as a receptionist and administrator on a 1 year contract.
Once trainedup, you will work across their clinic locations 5 days per week and alternate with the admin team on a rota system.
Consequentlyits important they hire someone confident and can work autonomously and has excellent communicationsskills:
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to
- Answering calls and handling enquires
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Managing the diary for patient appointments and follow ups
- Coordinating patients’ pre appointment checks where needed, i. e urine samples
- Taking payments
- Ensuring the doctor's rooms are turnover and ready between clinics,
- Managing the stock for the doctor’s rooms
- Overseeing the scanning and storage of key documents
- Monitoring and updating the CRM system (Semble) with patient notes and letters
The ideal person will have at least 6 months + experience in admin, customer service or hospitality and possess strong client-facing skills and have excellent attention to detail when it comes to administration and be very thorough.
Someone who is confident and can work independently in time is key.
Precious medical experience is a bonus but not essential.
They are a really lovely team and very welcoming and its would be a great step for a 1st or 2nd jobber with a bit of office experience already under their belt.
