This multifamily office is looking for a PA/EA to support the CEO, COO and one of their clients, an UHNWI within real estate. The role will be split between the executives and Principal, managing their time, arranging travel, booking meetings, attending online meetings and taking minutes, errand running and any ad hoc requests. Due to the nature of the business, they need someone proactive, discreet, trustworthy and hard working. They are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience within a family office or supporting a HNWI, working as a PA.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing busy calendars across international time zones
- Inbox management of email and WhatsApp; prioritising, drafting and editing correspondence.
- Managing international business and personal travel; including flights, hotels, transfers, and detailed end to end itineraries for trips.
- Gatekeeper: professionally handling all enquiries and professionally liaise with high level contacts
- Arranging personal documents, e.g. passports, visas
- Providing lifestyle management: medical appointments, personal errands, dinner reservations and securing tickets for events
Candidates MUST have 2-5 years PA experience supporting an UHNWI or working in a family office. The role requires someone proactive, organised, reliable, used to working in a fast-paced environment, who is very professional, with some experience in a support function.
