Our client, within the luxury lifestyle management industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support their Head of Department. This is a really exciting opportunity, offering the chance to be a strategic partner to the Head, assisting with projects alongside ensuring their professional life runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Attending meetings and actioning agenda points
  • Being a gatekeeper and facilitating communication with the team of about 15
  • Helping with projects and client inquiries

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Executive Assistant and Office Manager experience
  • Responsive and able to act quickly under pressure
  • Adaptable to a constantly changing priority list
  • Trustworthy and discreet - this person will have access to confidential client information and HR related matters
  • Experienced in Executive Assistant and Office Management within a medium sized firm
