We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Team Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a polished professional with 3+ years of experience supporting a team, preferably within financial services. The successful candidate will be a strong multitasker, exercise sound judgment, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. This is a 5 days in office role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of investment professionals (7 full support / 5 ad hoc support)
  • Manage complex calendars and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense processing
  • Track action items, monitor deadlines, and help keep the team organised and on schedule
  • Support team and external events
  • Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting multiple senior professionals
  • Prior experience in financial services or another high-performance, deadline-driven environment preferred
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands‐on, no‐task‐too‐small mindset

Salary and Benefits
