Personal Assistant for Chairman of Family Office, Salary DOE

This multifamily office is looking for a PA/EA to support their Chairman alongside one other.

The role will be split between managing the Principal's time, arranging travel, booking meetings, attending online meetings and taking minutes, errand running and any ad hoc requests.

Due the nature of the business, they need someone proactive, discreet, trustworthy and hard working.

They are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience within a family office or supporting an UHNWI, working as a PA.

The hours are 11am-7.30pm and it is 5 days a week in the office.

The Role

Working closely alongside the lead PA, you will

  • Coordinate and accompany the Chairman on business and personal travel, in the UK and internationally.
  • Support managing the Chairman's business and personal diary.
  • Support managing the inbox and track all correspondence.
  • Support managing personal appointments and household-related coordination.
  • The Ideal Candidate

You are exceptionally organized and calm under pressure — someone who represents the Chairman's Office with professionalism and discretion. About you:

  • 2-5years of relevant experience (e. g. corporate, private family, or executive office setting).
  • Educated to degree level, with excellent written and verbal communication. A recognized certification in personal assistance would be desirable.
  • Innovative and solution-driven, with good understanding of technology and AI.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Candidates MUST have 2-5 years PA experience supporting an UHNWI or working in a family office.

The role requires someone proactive, organised, reliable, used to working in a fast-paced environment, who is very professional, with some experience in a support function.
