Receptionist for Professional Private Equity Firm, Competitive Salary and Benefits, Mayfair
A medium sizedinvestmentfirm in Mayfair is looking for a professional and service orientated Receptionistto be their first point of contact, alongside another Receptionist.
This role requires someone with a good eye for detail with a "no job too small" attitude totake responsibility for theirreception with a very professional and discreet manner.
This role would be good for someone with at least two years' experience as a stewardess or receptionistwithin a professional environment who wants to continue their career as a Receptionist.
Essential Duties Include
- Answering and fielding all calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Receiving and distributing all incoming post for staff.
- Ensuring outgoing post is correctly franked and sent.
- Monitoring and management of office stationery, printer paper.
- Ordering and management of staff refreshments (drinks, snacks, confectionery)
- Ordering daily lunches and setting up.
- Arranging bi-weekly staff drinks.
- AD-hoc Admin support- Illness/holiday cover.
- Support with events.
Secondary Role
- Meet and greet.
- Refreshments.
- Guest services (taxis etc.)
- Set-up for guests and staff.
- Clearing rooms after use.
Back of house requirements, including, but not limited to
- Managing and maintaining stock levels of all supplies in the mail/copy rooms, general stationary cupboards, and staff kitchen.
- Sorting and distributing all mail and any packages received from couriers.
- Checking paper supply within all copiers, printers and restocking as needed.
- Monitoring stock of Marketing material and corporate stationery and placing additional orders as required.
- Organising any regular or ad hoc internal staff events as needed.
- Checking and processing of invoices as required, for lunches & purchases.
- Assisting with the organisation of any external staff events as required.
It is a friendly and supportive place to work and the rolerequires someone who takes pride in their work, is conscientious and reliable.
The hours are 9am until 6pm and it is 5 days a week in the office.
