This prestigious family office in London is looking for a PA to support the Senior EA with any administrative tasks required by the Principal. You will work as part of a small team of 8, helping the interns and working across both business and personal responsibilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience in a support capacity to develop their skill set and gain exposure to a family office and regular interaction with HNWIs.
The role would encompass diary and travel management, formatting documents, paying invoices, helping with events, answering the phones, managing post, couriers and office related matters and supporting the EA in whatever capacity needed to support the Principal. It is a friendly, close knit team and the role is very busy, with no two days being the same. The role does require some out of office support, so flexibility and adaptability is key, but they are very fair.
They are initially looking for someone to join them for a 6 month contract so a short notice period would be ideal. There is the opportunity to stay on permanently for the successful candidate.
