We are looking for anexperienced, executive-level Personal Assistantto provide high-level professional and personal support to a UHNW Principal.

The Principal is based outside London for most of the year, with only occasional face-to-face contact.

This is therefore a highly autonomous position, requiring someone who is confident working independently, managing matters remotely and exercising sound judgement without day-to-day supervision.

It will require working in a central London office for 3 days per week but when the Principalis in town you would be required to work 5 days in the office (which is based in a private home).

Responsibilities are centred around four key areas: administration and PA support, complex international travel, London residences and household coordination.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, discreet, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to take full ownership of their responsibilities.

They will be comfortable managing confidential matters, juggling multiple priorities during busier periods and responding calmly and efficiently to changing requirements.

The role would suit someone who combinesstrong professional experience with energy, flexibility, and an open-minded approach.

A genuine interest incontemporary art, hospitality and wellness, together with knowledge of the cultural scenes in London and New York, would be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • PA & Administration
  • Manage a complex diary and coordinate professional and personal appointments.
  • Manage personal purchases, services, deliveries, and ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and records, including invoices, receipts, books, and other relevant documentation.
  • Liaise with professional contacts and other representatives as required.
  • Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure matters are followed through.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • High-Level Travel Organisation
  • Organise complex domestic and international travel, including commercial and private aviation, hotels, transfers, drivers, and restaurants.
  • Manage detailed itineraries, travel documentation, and last-minute changes.
  • Liaise with travel agents, aviation companies, hotels, concierge services, and other providers.
  • Coordinate travel for the Principal and, where required, family, guests, or colleagues.
  • Maintain passports, visas, memberships, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide remote support while the Principal is travelling, independently managing restaurant and hotel bookings, car services, deliveries, and other logistical requirements as they arise.
  • London Residences & Household
  • Coordinate household and residence-related matters across the Principal’s London properties.
  • Liaise with household staff, contractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, installations and other residential projects from start to finish.
  • Manage quotes, access, schedules and follow-up, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Communicate clearly with all relevant parties and keep the Principal appropriately informed.

  • Anexperienced, executive-level PAwith a proven track record supporting a UHNW Principal, family office, entrepreneur or senior executive.
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive, with excellent judgement and the ability to take ownership from start to finish.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional, with absolute respect for confidentiality and sensitive personal matters.
  • Flexible, calm, and responsive, able to adapt to changing priorities, short-notice requests and occasional evening or weekend requirements.
  • Experienced incomplex international travel, ideally with knowledge of private residences, household staff, contractors, and maintenance projects.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, including providing responsive support while the Principal is travelling and resolving bookings, transport, deliveries and other matters without requiring their physical presence.
  • Open-minded and culturally engaged, with knowledge of the London and New York cultural scenes, a particular interest in contemporary art, hospitality and wellness, and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.
