Our client is a fast paced, growing tech communications firm and the co-founders are looking for a bright and driven EA and Founders Associate to help them run more efficiently and help drive the business forward and shape it. Whilst still small, their team is currently growing and new clients keep joining. It will require strategic thinking and practical execution; tightening processes, supporting founder priorities, coordinating systems and onboarding, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. It will be fast paced and varied, and offers the opportunity for responsibility and involvement at the early stage in your career with lots of room for growth as they scale.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Strategic Operations Support: Keep priorities moving, support better decision making and take ownership of internal projects that strengthen how the business operates, anticipating issues before they become problems.
- Operations: Take responsibility for the core operational rhythms that keep the business running smoothly, ensuring the agency stays organised, efficient and able to deliver without friction.
- Onboarding: Own the end to end onboarding experience for clients, staff and freelancers, creating a consistent, well structured process that sets everyone up for success from day one.
- Systems, Data and IT Coordination: Oversee the systems and tools the team relies on, acting as the link between the team and our IT support to keep our tech, data and access reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
- People and Culture: Support the practical side of our people operations, helping maintain a positive, well organised and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications: We are looking for an ambitious and hungry graduate with at least 2 years EA, office management or operations experience behind them. Candidates must have worked in a fast paced environment and experience in a start up, small business, founder led environment, communications or consultancy business would be valuable but is not a prerequisite. Aptitude and attitude are paramount. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office and the ability to scale if needs be.
