Personal Assistant for a prestigious property consultancy in Victoria. This very successful, boutique property advisory firm is looking for a detail-oriented, team-focused, calm and diligent Personal Assistant to support the architects' team. The role doesn't require a huge amount of experience but needs someone with enthusiasm, who is process-driven and methodical, enjoys working within a smaller team, working with other PAs and getting the work done.

The duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the architects
  • Making/handling telephone calls, dealing with queries, taking messages etc.
  • Building reports and sending invoices to clients
  • Recording incoming documents (paper and electronic), checking for omissions
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients professionally
  • Proofreading documents, including reports
  • Diary and electronic calendar management
  • Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets

They are a lovely team and are ideally looking for a Personal Assistant who is degree educated, with 2-4 years’ experience, looking to stay and develop with them long term.
