The Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the C-suite, Heads of Department and wider team as the business scales.

You'll be the calm, capable hub that keeps a fast-moving leadership team running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex, multi-time zone diaries and inboxes for the C-suite
  • Coordinate global travel, accommodation and event logistics
  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers and investors, and support key stakeholder relationships
  • Take minutes, compile action points, and prepare polished reports and correspondence
  • Oversee day-to-day office management for the Kings Cross HQ
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for guests and enquiries
  • What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience managing multiple diaries independently
  • A self-starter attitude with strong initiative and resourcefulness
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working confidently across all levels of an organisation
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Background in biotech, life sciences or pharma
  • Exposure to a NASDAQ or other US market listing
