One of the leading hedge funds in the world needs a superstar EA to support a senior Portfolio Manager and his international team. It is a very fast paced role, working for a high performing individual and team and they need someone who can be the lynch pin and really add value as they are super busy. You will be working closely with the business manager and there is huge scope for long term growth, so they need someone with high EQ, who is professional and driven.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Inbox management for the PM
- Arrange, confirm, and manage calendars for PM and team
- Scheduling meetings, end to end: meetings rooms, preparing notes, follow ups
- Arranging international travel plans
- Partnering and building relationships with senior Portfolio Managers and many other departments in the firm
- Preparing reports
- Managing expenses
- Organising team events and off sites
- Occasional personal work for the PM
We are looking for a proactive and driven EA (4 + years plus) who has excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels. It is imperative that you are calm under pressure and able to prioritise well and can deal with a large volume of work and tight deadlines. You will have supported at a senior level before, have managed an inbox and busy workload and enjoy working to a very high standard. This role is hybrid 3:2. Previous experience in finance is required.
