This exceptional, fast-paced firm is looking for a talented and highly capable Executive Assistant to join their small but mighty team. You will be the primary support to the COO, owning their inbox with real confidence and authority. This is complex, high-volume work that requires someone who is sharp, proactive and two steps ahead at all times. Alongside this, you will provide light-touch diary and travel support to three partners and get stuck into events, marketing and office management as part of a truly varied and interesting role.

This role is ideal for a switched on and driven candidate with great attention to detail, who is calm under pressure, takes real pride in the detail and brings energy and positivity to everything they do. You will need to be bright, agile and comfortable moving between tasks at pace. No two days will look the same and that is precisely what makes this such a brilliant opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 - 5 years experience and strong academics. A degree is not essential. This role is hybrid and working in lovely office 4 days per week.
